For National Blood Bikes Awareness Day 2020, Blood Bikes Cumbria in conjunction with Sugar Tongue Media – made a video to explain what Blood Bikes organisations are about!
Blood Bikes Cumbria and Sugar Tongue Media have created a video for National Blood Bikes Awareness Day 2020. National Blood Bikes Awareness day which is an annual event, to help raise awareness of the many Blood Bikes organisations around the country like ourselves. Our video has already gained coverage on the National Association of Blood Bikes pages and also has featured in the local newspapers.
The aim is not to just promote ourselves but to promote the whole Blood Bikes family. Any Blood Bikes organisation, relies on donations/funding as a key part of its running. As with out any sort of funding we cannot achieve our goals and our aims to provide a free out-of-hours emergency transport for the NHS. Which they have publicly stated that they rely on our service.
Our committee and members are all really proud of the resulting video and we have many more plans for the future!
We would publicly like to thank Shaun at Sugar Tongue Media for his time and effort in helping us create the video.
